Since 1996, Rosa Briggs has been working in the real estate industry and helping buyers achieve their goals. In that time, she’s developed a robust knowledge of the industry, learning its ins and outs, tricks and secrets. In 2014, she established her own team of home lending experts.

Today, Rosa Briggs leads is a multi-faceted team that’s licensed in Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, and Arizona.

In our experience, most mortgage lenders fail to recognize or appreciate the complexities of the lending process and the importance of input from their clients. Lenders often take a hands-off, we-know-best approach to lending.
